Through rotational and positional hitting instruction your child will learn to correct : poor hip rotation, over stepping, dropping hands, poor framing and shoulder dipping, contact and timing issues. From ages 5-14 a lot of the problems are consistent and Swing Buddy is to ready help.
Swing Buddy utilizes tee, tunnel, batting cage, ball field and video training.
